الرياض تطلق “التأسيس السعودي” لتمكين الشباب والشابات في سوق العمل

أطلقت الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) مبادرة “التأسيس السعودي” بهدف تدريب وتأهيل 100 ألف شاب وشابة سعوديين للانضمام إلى سوق العمل في مجالات البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
وقال الدكتور عبدالله الغامدي، محافظ “سدايا”: “تأتي هذه المبادرة انطلاقاً من رؤية المملكة 2030، وتماشياً مع توجهات القيادة الرشيدة لتمكين الشباب السعودي وإعدادهم للمستقبل”.
وتهدف “التأسيس السعودي” إلى رفع نسبة توطين الوظائف في قطاع البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي إلى 40% بحلول عام 2024. كما تسعى لتمكين 20 ألف مواطن ومواطنة من العمل في هذه المجالات خلال السنوات الخمس المقبلة.
ووفقاً للإحصاءات، يبلغ عدد الوظائف المتوقعة في قطاع الذكاء الاصطناعي بالمملكة 50 ألف وظيفة بحلول عام 2030. ومن المتوقع أن تسهم المبادرة في توظيف 40% من هذه الوظائف بالمواطنين السعوديين.
وتتضمن المبادرة برامج تدريبية مكثفة في مجالات علوم البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، وورش عمل ودورات تدريبية متخصصة، بالإضافة إلى فرص التدريب العملي في الشركات والمؤسسات الرائدة.
وأكد الغامدي أن “التأسيس السعودي” سيسهم في تحقيق أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030 بتنويع الاقتصاد وخلق فرص عمل جديدة للشباب السعودي، بما يضمن مستقبلاً واعداً للمملكة في عصر البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
