Sheikh Saleh Calls for Social Cohesion to Face Challenges

In statements reported by the official Saudi Press Agency, Sheikh Saleh called for the necessity of social cohesion and cooperation among individuals to face the challenges confronting the nation, affirming that “unity and social fabric cohesion are the path to achieving progress and prosperity.”
The Sheikh’s statements came during his participation in a national forum organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance in Riyadh, in the presence of several scholars, thinkers, and those concerned with social affairs.
Sheikh Saleh added that “the nation is passing through a sensitive phase that requires all of us to stand united behind our wise leadership, and work diligently and sincerely to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and its aspirations toward a better future.”
He pointed out that “the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, both leadership and people, is moving steadily and confidently toward the future, based on its moderate Islamic principles and established national constants.”
Sheikh Saleh emphasized the importance of preserving national identity and Islamic values amid the rapid transformations the world is witnessing, stressing the necessity of “consolidating values of moderation and combating extremism and excessiveness in all its forms.”
He urged the youth to “adhere to the values of their fathers and grandfathers, and work diligently and sincerely to serve their nation and contribute to building its bright future.”
Sheikh Saleh concluded his statements by praying to God to “protect this dear homeland from all evil, perpetuate upon it the blessings of security, safety, and prosperity, and guide our wise leadership to what is good for the country and its people.”
