A recent scientific study conducted by public health researchers revealed that engaging in moderate physical activity for 30 minutes daily can significantly extend lifespan and improve quality of life.

Published in The Lancet medical journal, the study found that individuals who walked briskly, cycled, or participated in moderate-intensity physical activity for half an hour daily reduced their risk of premature death by up to 28% compared to those who were inactive.

Lead researcher Dr. James Smith emphasized that “even small amounts of physical activity can make a significant difference in overall health.” He added that people don’t need to go to the gym or perform strenuous exercises – simple activities like brisk walking, climbing stairs, or doing household chores can be sufficient.
